Its been awesome interacting with testers in a completely different part of the world - esp. thinking, critical testers that love to problem find and problem solve (though the session bias was clearly leaning towards problem solving i.e. finding bugs).

Great write up!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-534543999591858888.post-85225793882202025352011-02-18T05:57:20.629-08:002011-02-18T05:57:20.629-08:00Hi Mohinder,

It's both informative and educational, nicely done!

Sadly I can't take credit for any help with this session as I had to leave after the first 10-15mins as my daughter had woken up.

I've no idea who the mystery person was that filled Sharath's shoes but it certainly wasn't me :-)

Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

Darren.Darren McMillanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15372641324627882128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-534543999591858888.post-78093786734646631562011-02-18T02:49:30.737-08:002011-02-18T02:49:30.737-08:00Dear Mohinder,

However, based on my experience and observations made in this particular session , I have also highlighted one Behavioral pattern of Testers i.e. more affinity towards bug finding task as compared to the pro-active analysis of the given problem.

Here:http://tea-timewithtesters.blogspot.com/2011/02/moths-flame-testers-bugs.html

May be, all will not agree to that but just made an attempt to write what I observed.

Feel free to provide your opinion or may be you can help me to understand the Behavioral pattern of Testers in better fashion.

Regards,
LalitFervent Testershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15731664508931034185noreply@blogger.com
